How can I re-register my contract with S4I?
Before resigning your contract you must take into account the withdrawal deadline:
In the near future:
If you wish to cancel your contract within 7 days of signing, you will not have to pay any fees. Please follow this link to initiate the termination process. After this period, if you decide to cancel your contract, you will have to pay the fee for the remaining months of your contract (generally 63 or 48 months).
Outside of the time:
If you plan to re-register your contract after the 7-day period, please complete the termination form online. Be sure to provide all the information required to justify your termination request.
Once you have submitted yourrequest, our team will conduct an analysis of it. We will assess your specific situation to determine the next steps.
In the event of a termination outside date, the cancellation fee is the remaining months of your rental agreement. However, please note that these fees may be waived in the event of a pronounced bankruptcy or death of the corporation's legal representative.
After reviewing your termination request, we will send you a response by email. This response will include details regarding the processing of your termination application and the possible fees to be paid in the event of the 7-day termination period.
