How does automatic contract renewal work?

The automatic renewal of your contract is completed at the end of an initial period of 36 months to 63 months, from the initial date of signature. This process applies to all contracts with a term of more than or equal to one year, excluding short-term contracts lasting 1 to 6 months.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your contract, you must imperatively complete the termination form and send it to us at least 3 months before the end of the initial period or any later renewal period. If no cancellation request is received within this period, the contract will be automatically renewed for an additional one-year period.

It is important to note that any contracts that are expired and not cancelled will be automatically renewed for a period of one year, in accordance with our general terms.

Please also keep in mind that in order to cancel the contract after its automatic renewal, it will be necessary to pay the remainder of the rental months (1 year rental) to break the contract.
