What are the impacts of late payment of my invoices?

Failure to pay your invoices in a timely manner can result in several consequences. First, when an invoice is late, our system automatically sends payment reminders. These reminders are sent at intervals of 10 calendar days. In the event of a persistent delay, the service provided by our company associated with the unpaid invoice may be temporarily blocked.

Here is the detail of recalls:

  • First reminder: Free. It is sent after the first 10-day period.
  • Second reminder: In case of non-payment after the first reminder, a fee of 25€ is applied to the next invoice.
  • Third recall: If the payment remains overdue after the two previous reminders, the customer will be required to pay the 25€ of the second recall and the 40€ restart fee of the terminal.
