As soon as you notice a breakdown of your device, please contact us to tell us about the problem.
For this please send us a ticket or an email.
Sending the return label:
After your contact, we will send you a replacement electronic payment terminal in a dedicated package. Inside the package, you will also find a prepaid label for the return of the defective machine to our centre. The Printed label and glued to the package box containing the clearing machine, you will then need to return the machine to our repair centre.

You can place your parcel at the post office or at any other Bpost relay point in Belgium.
Assessment of the State of the Machine:
Upon receipt of the clearing machine on our premises, our technical team will analyze its state to determine the nature and extent of the strips.
Franchise in case of misuse:
On the basis of the results of the analysis carried out, if the machine is deemed unusable for payment, and if we find that the problem is a result of misuse by the client. He will then be responsible for the cost of repairing the defective machine.The costs associated with these interventions will be communicated by e-mail and will be added to his next invoice.
For the repairyou will be required to pay a deductible. The franchise amounts to 499€ per machine.
