How are my transactions processed and by whom are payments forwarded to my account?
The processing of transactions is managed by our partner acquirers. We play an active role in the process by selecting the acquirer that best suits each client's activity.

Each acquirer has its own specificities in terms of accepted means of payment. Some may accept specific means of payment such as small meals or eco, while others offer additional services such as acceptance of American Express cards and some both.
In addition, we offer our clients the opportunity to change their acquirer if they wish. We are there to support them in this process and to answer all their questions regarding the choice and change of acquirer.
Once the transaction is completed, it is forwarded to the customer's bank account via the relevant acquirer's platform. This ensures timely and secure processing of payments in accordance with existing standards and regulations.
